Write the master cues that pace the event, then detail what each gallery does — sound, lighting, video, floor — alongside. A gallery cue can fire a set number of seconds after its master cue, describing the sequence without recalculating it by hand.
Live mode, shared in real time
On launch the rundown switches to live: a countdown to the next cue, progress pushed instantly to every connected position, and a running early/late readout. Pauses are accounted for in the calculation rather than shifting everything that follows.
Each gallery sets its own view
A sound operator does not need the video columns. Everyone hides and reorders the columns that do not concern them, without changing what the others see. The rundown stays single; only its presentation adapts to the position.

- It is the running order of an event: a sequence of timed cues split across galleries, describing who does what and exactly when. It is prepared ahead, rehearsed, then run live in front of the crew.
- Can a rundown be reused from one event to the next?
- Yes. A rundown saves as a template with its galleries and cues, then reloads onto another event. A recurring format is therefore not rewritten each time: it is adjusted.
- What happens if the network drops during the show?
- The rundown exports as a PDF before the event: that is the backup each gallery keeps to hand. Live mode improves coordination; it should never be the only support for it.
