Slots that move with the mouse
A slot is placed, moved and resized straight on the grid. Overlaps show side by side rather than hiding one another, a locked slot no longer moves by accident, and a slot awaiting approval stays visually distinct until it is signed off.
What repeats loads from a template
Save a standard schedule — a get-in day, a recurring show, a rehearsal format — then reload it onto a new date. Templates are shared at organisation, project or tour level, depending on who should reach them.

- Yes. On mobile the schedule shows either as a chronological agenda or as a grid, with a full-screen mode and the option to isolate a single column with one tap. That is the view crews use on site.
- Can the schedule be shared with people outside the organisation?
- Yes, as a PDF under your own letterhead. For in-app access, permissions are set per person and per level: someone can consult a single day’s schedule without seeing anything else of the production.
- How do I handle an event running over several days?
- A complex event exists once and is placed as several segments, across different days, times and resources. Its documents, rundown and budget stay attached to the event itself, not to each of its slots.
