Production software for film and television

A shoot lives on precision: who is called, at what time, on which set, with which equipment. Apploz brings the shooting schedule, call sheets and budget into one space shared by production, unit management and technical crews.

The shooting schedule, day by day

Every shooting day carries its detailed schedule: scenes, sets, time slots, resources. Days group by set and by period, and a change made at one level flows down to the days concerned instead of being copied by hand.

Call sheets and technical crews

Declare your positions — camera, sound, grip, hair and make-up, unit — their headcount and their hours. Assign technicians from your contact book, including freelancers with no account. Each receives their call with location, time and role.

Budget and vendors under control

Rentals, transport, sets, post-production: every cost line follows its vendor from quote to invoice. The budget updates as real commitments land, and expenses advanced by the unit attach straight to it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I run several sets on the same day?
Yes. A shooting day holds as many slots as needed, split by resource — stage, set, crew. A single event can run across several segments, on different days and in different places, while remaining one object in the schedule.
Do crews only see what concerns them?
Yes. Access is set per person and per level: project, period, set, day. A technician called for two days sees only those two days, with no access to the budget or to the rest of the production.
Can call sheets be exported to PDF?
Yes. Call sheets, schedules and budgets export to PDF carrying your company logo, ready to circulate. Vendor documents can be attached, including Word and Excel files converted on the fly.
