Production software for broadcast

On air, a minute out shows. Apploz brings the rundown, the gallery schedule and the crew calls into one space, so everyone works from the same version — the one that counts when the cue lands.

A rundown down to the cue

Write your rundown as timed cues, with one column per gallery: sound, lighting, video, floor. Each cue can depend on the previous one and fire a set number of seconds after it. On air, progress is shared live across every position.

Scheduling facilities and crews

Book studios, trucks and galleries on a shared time grid, then assign crews slot by slot. Assignment clashes — the same person expected in two places — are caught as you type.

Shows that run again

A recurring show is modelled once and replayed after that: schedule, rundown and crew structure load from a template, then adjust to the day. What repeats does not have to be re-entered.

Frequently asked questions

What is a rundown in Apploz?
It is the running order of a show: a sequence of cues timed to the second and split across galleries. It is prepared ahead, rehearsed, then run live with a countdown and a running early/late indicator visible to the whole crew.
Can several galleries follow the rundown at once?
Yes. Live mode pushes progress in real time to every connected position. Each gallery can hide the columns that do not concern it without changing what the others see.
Can the rundown be printed?
Yes, as a PDF carrying your organisation logo. It is the backup that matters: if the network drops, the printed rundown stays the crew’s common reference.
