A whole tour, date by date
Structure your production into project, tour, session, venue and day. Each date carries its own status — option, confirmed, validated, cancelled, postponed — and its own schedule. A date on option stays free of any commitment until it is confirmed, leaving you room to negotiate.
Crew calls without re-entry
Build your crews by position and time slot, assign freelancers and contractors, add the agreed bonuses and allowances. Everyone called is notified, and scheduling clashes are flagged before they become a problem on site.
From supplier quote to payment
Track every contractor — sound, lighting, transport, catering — from quote request through purchase order and approval to payment. Approved amounts flow into the budget of the relevant date on their own, with no double entry.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Apploz handle multi-date tours?
- Yes. A tour groups as many dates as needed, split into sessions and venues. Information set at tour level — a key contact, a technical document, a budget line — cascades down to the relevant dates without being copied over.
- Can I call freelancers who have no account?
- Yes. A contact record is enough to assign someone to a position and list them on the crew call. If they have an email address they can be invited to join the platform, but nothing requires it and the call stands either way.
- How are dates on option handled?
- A date on option stays editable and is not billed. Moving it to confirmed consumes a credit and unlocks the operational features: crew assignment, supplier commitments. That switch is what marks the commitment, not creating the date.
