- Can volunteers be managed without user accounts?
- Yes. A contact record is enough to assign a volunteer to a position and list them on the crew call. An account is only needed if they are to consult their own assignments inside the application.
- How do I split a budget across several partners?
- Each revenue line splits across the event’s clients or partners, by percentage or by fixed amount. The total stays verifiable at all times, which avoids gaps when it comes to re-invoicing.
